The pho here can be hit or miss. The absolute worst was when I was served lukewarm pho and the noodles have soaked up most of the broth. I suspect I was given someone else's reject order or that my order was made and forgotten for 10-15mins.
The only reason I still come here is because the spring rolls here are made with rice paper (like how it's made in Vietnam). Most Vietnamese restaurants use the standard wheat spring roll paper instead.
