After I wrote this location about the issue, the manager called me and re-issued a refund. So they took steps to rectify the situation. However, the manager did not apologize, and was very curt with me. That's fine. I mean, it's not fine but I will say that this location will not be my first choice, and I will still make an effort to avoid the store if I can.
However, with its new renovations, it does look much nicer than before. How's that for impartial?!
