  • Excellent Service! Fast, Friendly, and Professional! Jeff went above and beyond trying to fix the lock on the Arcadia Door in my condo build in the 1960's. In the end he couldn't do it simply because he couldn't get the parts for the vintage lock mechanisim. I have faith that if he had access to the parts he needed, he would have fixed it in a jiffy. Jeff refused to charge me as he hadn't fixed my lock. That is what you call integrity, and Customer Service! I will use A 1 Minute Key Service again, and will gladly recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Jeff!!
