I will admit it was a very difficult process working with HSA when my A/C Unit went out on me. I had called HSA to get someone out to my home and at first, they were very kind and responsive. However, then it got worse... they first scheduled service with a company that Didn't Even Service my address!!! I had then called some local places myself and was able to get a company Same Day, but HSA refused to accept them until they went through their list of contractors... It took 2 Days for HSA to even find a company to schedule an appointment, then I had to wait for my actual appointment date. I could have had my issue resolved much quicker. However, the contract that was sent was very courteous and professional. He explained some things to us and fixed our issue quickly.
