  • The worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. No one ever seems to have a clue what is going on in the front office and are the rudest people I have ever come across. We have had MULTIPLE issues since moving into this complex, each time we bring them to the attention of the staff, they are very rude and dismissive. Supposedly this is complex has a breed restriction, however since moving in I have seen multiple of the animals that they have restrictions against. After one morning walking my dog outside and he was almost attacked by a vicious animal that is supposedly restricted from the complex, I went to the front office and they basically told me unless I followed the owner to their apartment and found out who they were there was nothing they could do about it. They dismiss my complaint and the safety for my dog and myself. Also, as I was telling this story to the clueless guy at the front, who was completely condescending and rude, the manager sat behind him and didn't intervene or comment at all. She pretended like I wasn't there, like she has done on multiple occasions and let her employee speak to me in the manner he did.
