  • I have been here 3-4 times and have brought guests there repeatedly. I feel the service is great but the owner is money hungry and she embarrassed me when I took a friend for the one hour massage today. She asked about a tip upfront. (I paid the bill prior to leaving my friend there). When I said add the $5 tip to the bill, she demanded cash from me or either from my friend. I said no. Add it to the bill and don't ask my friend for money. She asked if I could bring the money back when I returned to pick up my friend. I said NO. Add it to the bill. She pointed to a sign about "Tips in cash". She said "ok, I'll add it but I'll charge you $0.50 fee." I told her that's so nasty as she knows I come there often and bring my friends. She said "so. Tips in cash". I said "OK. I won't be back here again". My friend enjoyed the massage & foot soak, but I was so annoyed over her money hungry attitude and lack of business etiquette. 10% fee for tip.....never again. I'll take my friends to places with more relaxing check ins.
