| - Find better management at Signal Butte & US60 location. JR was completely rude, disrespectful, and completely lacks customer service management skills. Situation (Short Form): Dropped car off Saturday, tried picking it up Sunday at 2:30PM (I STILL HAVE THE CRAYON ON MY WINDOW THAT SAYS "Ready after 2pm"), wasn't ready; couldn't pick it up Monday morning due to owning a dry cleaners (7AM to 6:30PM), gave cashier WRITTEN permission to bring my car up front and hold my keys so I can pick it up after 6:30PM, Nobody could find my keys (literally scratching their heads), Tried two more times to get my car but nobody could get into the Lube Shop (where it was held; they called the managers, but said I'll have to try again) nor did they "know how." JR insisted it was my fault I didn't pick it up in the opening hours and therefore the STENCH my car now has (smells like moldy towels!) is because of the storms and they so very politely rolled up my windows so it couldn't air out, BROKE MY RADIO STATION KNOB, but yet it was my fault I didn't pick it up because once again I own a dry cleaners from 7AM to 6:30PM and wasn't able. I am so furious with their lack of customer service and turning the conversation on ME, when this was in fact a situation where unfortunately, it WAS Cobblestone's incompetence that lead to my not being able to get my car for THREE days. I will never go there again nor will I get any gas. Thank you JR for teaching me how NOT to be with my customers!
