  • Property was clean with nice floor plans. But it is directly across the street from a firehouse and has massive power lines surrounding it. And the traffic in the area is very congested. Also the pool is treated with the toxic chemical chlorine instead of salt water. Even with all of that, we would have considered making this community our home if Greystar would treat the pool with salt water instead of something that is toxic to human beings. After seeing two other Greystar properties that use salt water, we wrote to the complex manager to see if Greystar had any plans to make the pool and jacuzzi salt water at any point. But the manager of the complex blew us off like we were nothing. We were glad we didn't move in there.
