  • So, I feel like how many stars I'd give it would depend *wildly* on whether I was comped or not. I *was* comped (this was my first airport lounge experience, having just received my Chase Sapphire Reserve), so I thought it was totally legit, but I absolutely wouldn't consider it worth 30 bucks unless you really needed several drinks. We checked out the smaller one (terminal 1, D gates), which, note, is a confusing trek from AB, but we eventually made it. Got in with no trouble on my Sapphire's Priority Pass; it is indeed small, but when we were there (mid-afternoon on a Sunday last weekend), it was also pretty quiet. The secondary draw of the place is that it's removed from the crazy bustle of the airport proper, but of course, the *primary* draw is that booze is legitimately free-flowing, and they do really have a proper bar. I was expecting it to be tiny, which it was, but I was expecting complimentary *cheapo* drinks, not complimentary actually pretty solid quality drinks (edit: having been to several The Clubs, they're the same booze selection all the The Clubs have, which is pretty good). They have a couple dozen bottles of different things, most of which are solidly mid-tier quality. The receptionists were all quite friendly, but they *are* receptionists, not bartenders, so you have to come up with your own drink orders, but they were happy to make anything I could ask for. They also provide complimentary juice and soda, with or without alcohol. (I tried the apple juice; it wasn't gourmet, but was definitely a step up from, say, Treetop). Sadly, while there is natural light, they're facing the *back* of the airport, so it's pretty industrial, and you can't actually see planes taking off. But if you have a means of getting in for free, and would like to enjoy an open bar for as long as you have... this place is legit. That said, I *have* now confirmed, the one in the other terminal has all the same booze, plus actual real food, and yes there is a post-security tram between this terminal and that one, so though it is a bit of a trek, if you want real food, it's worth it. (This one has proper windows, though - the other one is all artificial light.)
