  • I'm from out of town so I was looking from somewhere to get my nails done they do SNS so I went with it. I got there and had to wait for about an hour to get my nails done. I was told to sit at an empty booth to soak my nails, I sat there for 30 minutes before I even got them soaked. The lady realized she forgot about me, I waited another 30 minutes to be seen. Keep in mind it's July 4th weekend...why is the shop understaffed? Anyway they had my nails soaked so long that the polish residue was all over my hands. I was told twice by two people that my nail price would be $45 due to the length. When I finally got my nails started I had them cut down but for some reason my total came up to $58, I also had a polish change on my toes. So that means that the polish change came up to about $13-$18! My toes are starting to chip! Normally I can keep polish on my toes for at least a month! On top of that once my toes were painted I was instructed to go sit in front of a Heater to dry my toes, instead of the professional dryer...so the presentation of my toe polish looks a mess; it looks melted! No lie by polish coating started to lift later that day. It hasn't been a full week and nail #2 is starting to lift as well, my nails were done last Saturday!!! So I left the nail salon with a hand full of white residue from the polish and over priced services. I'm saying all of this to say that I will not be returning back to Exotic Nails when I come back to Ohio. I think it's terrible that I have to now go get my nails done over again after I got them done late weekend. The only good thing I have to say about my experience is that the woman that did my nails was very inviting, other than that ISSA NO! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone honestly.
