| - Here we go again!
First impressions last a lifetime. Upon entering I was told my party of 3 would have a 15 to 20 minute wait time. One third of the tables were empty and there were employees everywhere standing around doing nothing. I am not a fan of open kitchens, i watched several employees goofing around, pushing and shoving in the food prep and line area. I went to use the rest room during my wait. Filthy and unkempt, this is typically a bad sign in any restaurant, they definitely do not have a daily cleaning regime. After being seated at a dirty table I had look at menu, very predictable. No thank you. Our waitress had an afro the size of a beach ball, I thought we had health codes regarding hair in food service industries in Pennsylvania. I guess they wanted me to feel like I was in the Bahamas. I don't like eating human hair, I opted just to have a cup of coffee, acceptable at best. My wife got some seafood dish that resembled a bad idea. My daughter got pre packaged frozen chicken and stale tasting frozen fries. Well once again I am focusing on the bad, but when you are slapped in the face with it, you get my point. This place is nothing more than fast food. I just can't figure out how the bar got lowered so low. It's just embarrassing. I am always expected to give my best performance at my job, no less. Why have we become so accepting of pre packaged, mediocre, lack luster, lazy, dirty and ect. These chain restaurants are disgraceful and when the ownership and their staff don't get it right the first time, I will not ever be back.
Thanks for your time.
