  • I have lived here for a few months. I love the layout of my apartment and the location to my kids' school. However, the management has changed and getting maintenance done is like pulling teeth!!! And if you work a night job, or have a baby who naps forget about either of you getting sleep. They are reconstructing the front office (why?) and all I hear is bang and crash!!! And on Wednesdays, the landscaping crew comes and I get to listen to the leaf blowers and the crew yell back and forth for a few hours. This is a gated community, but the front gate has been broken since we moved in. The one side doesn't close and the other side opens and closes randomly, and has damaged my husbands and my neighbors vehicle. Speaking of my neighbors, I can hear every move they make- including when they go to the bathroom. For the $1250 we pay a month, I certainly would never come here again knowing what I know now. Go across the street to the Vintage apartments. Comparable prices, bigger apartments and maybe not so many problems.
