  • Pros: -Great decor -Very Clean -Have lots of nail techs so they get you in quickly as a walk in -Many different gel colors to choose from -Not too pushy with getting you to add on -Asked me if I wanted water, and brought it to me promptly -Nail tech was pretty cordial Cons: -No arm or hand massage for manicures but if you get a pedicure you get both a leg/foot massage and an arm/hand massage. Not sure how this makes sense?? Cannot figure out why they would do this. The only conclusion I have come to is that it is their business technique "well if you add on a pedicure you also get a hand massage in addition to the leg massage.." - I asked for a gel overlay... And my nails were a great length and I told her I did not want them shorter. Unfortunately she filed them too short, and the gel overlay way too thick, so they look like stubby little nails with color on them -The gel overlay (with no massage, remember) came out to $60! I have had many gel overlays done and never been charged that much. It is literally two more coats of gel. -The nail tech was rushing through it, I could tell she was really impatient because she kept wanting to take my hand out of the UV light before it turned off. Overall, it was just an okay experience. I think for the price, they could definitely give you more. I want to go back for a pedicure and a fill, and I will update my review accordingly (because I always like to give a place 2 chances). Hopefully next time I get a more experienced nail tech who can do a good gel overlay. :)
