I understand that their is a confirmation email and I noted that in my review. I even showed them this but if the confirmation email does not work and we are not even on the list, what is the point of having one. I called Edward and he was on a flight. He got back to me after we were inside and told me he would look into it. Here is the conversation I had with him via text message. Feel free to check with Edward himself. He still hasn't gotten back to me and it's been 4 days. Is there anything even going to be done about this besides asking Tao how this can be avoided in your future reservations with other people?
