  • I came in this morning to try and order a pastry for breakfast, and a man named Bruce was running the front of house. He checked in and we told him we were looking around and that we'd be ready in a minute. He proceeded to take a phone call, which is understandable. But when we were ready to order we waited by the cash register while he remained on the phone, totally ignored us, and turned his back to us and started making himself a cup of coffee!!!! This was such an awful experience which is so disappointing since I love their products so much. I'll never be back, this service was unacceptable.
