  • The wellness plan isn't for everyone, but as an anxious puppy mom it is perfect for me! I love that I can go in anytime that I am even slightly worried about my pup and not have to pay an office fee beyond the monthly payment. The staff is really nice, knows my dog by name, and is VERY willing to answer questions over the phone in a detailed manner. Contrary to what other reviews have said, I have yet to have them corner me into paying more than I need to- in fact, they have had ample opportunities to make me feel like I might need an expensive test for something, but have ultimately given me many options and been very level about what a practical next step would be for treatment. Cannot recommend these guys enough.
