| - I arrived a little late one day and asked what time they close. They were going to close in about half an hour, so I told them I would come back another day. They urged me to stay saying it would be okay and offered a pedicure along with my manicure. I declined because I wanted to get out of there as close to closing time as possible. I work 3 jobs, one in retail and know how it is when customers stay well past closing hours. It can be frustrating. Like I said, I offered to come back another day, and since they countered my offer with a pedicure option, I thought it would be okay with them if I only got the manicure and could leave a little after closing. Well, after the shop closed and I was still there, the owner yelled at me, stopped doing my nails, and made me cry. A lady who worked there witnessed him screaming at me and came over to finish my nails. I used to be a regular customer there, and I refuse to go back. I had already had a difficult day the day I went in a little late, and I was rather grateful they originally welcomed me with seemingly open arms. I definitely did not need to be yelled at by the owner, and I will never go back. They have lost at least a thousand dollars of revenue from my lack of patronage. The only reason they are getting more than one star is because the lady who finished my nails was really nice and apologized for the owner's actions. I am shopping around for my next favorite nail shop. Any suggestions?
