  • As professional as can be-I walked in, explained the issues I had with my brakes, and that I was the last person to work on them. My car was up on rack within 5 minutes of walking in the door. No crazy up-sell, they didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about, and didn't talk down to me (being a female in a car shop). It was great to actually talk to mechanics who weren't trying to take advantage of the situation. In and out in an hour-these guys are the best!
