  • I went by this dealership to check out two or three potential replacement vehicles for my Porsche 996 C4S. They had no S8's available on that day, so I test drove a dark blue A6. I was less than thrilled with the performance. I was willing to give up some performance for a more luxurious ride, but not sacrifice it entirely. Apparently, my lack of zeal did not please the salesman, because.....when I asked to test drive a Q7 SUV, the sales person flatly said "NO," and turned and walked toward the showroom. I couldn't believe it. Apparently, this holier than thou idiot didn't want to make a cash sale. These people are amazingly dismissive, obnoxious, and unfriendly. I asked for their proposed trade-in value for my Porsche, and their quote was laughable, basically highway robbery, and easily $15,000 less than Kelley Blue Book trade-in value. I don't expect car dealerships to be saints, but I do demand fair treatment. I asked for the sales manager to see if he was more reasonable, but apparently the crap flows downhill at this dealership. They weren't interested in making any kind of deal, except on their ignominious terms. NO SALE. I paid cash for my Porsche 996 C4S when I bought it NEW, and I intended to do the same with ANY new Audi that I would purchase. They fumbled the ball, lost the sale, and a potential long-term cash paying customer. Audi's are good cars, but I can't say the same for this dealership. This dealership might as well be a Jiffy Lube. Go to Audi Northlake, they care about customer satisfaction.
