rev:text	I booked with Stevee Danielle based on positive reviews I'd seen online, and was very pleased with their customer service leading up to my wedding day. I booked months in advance and was always treated well if I had any questions or if I was calling to confirm my appointment. Until the wedding. I was only having make up and hair done for myself and my maid of honor. We were getting ready at my dad's house and had scheduled and confirmed the strict allotment of time that it would take for both of us to get airbrush make up and an updo. All brides know how important it is to stay on schedule on your wedding day, no matter how laid back you are. Well, about 20 minutes after my stylist was supposed to arrive, I called the salon that informed me they were on their way and should be there any minute. (They didn't call me at all) I waited ONE HOUR for the stylist. They were an hour late. Two girls showed up looking like hot messes and, I kid you not, did not even apologize. I don't even remember their names because I'm not sure they even told me. They were unbelievably unprofessional, spent much of the time rushing through both of us, and talking to each other about partying and getting drunk. They barely spoke to us, making the whole experience very uncomfortable. I could've done a better job on my make up. I almost cried when I looked in the mirror, but instead, I took out my own make up tools and smoothed out the airbrush streaks that were everywhere. My eyeliner was uneven and sloppy. My hair looked nothing like the pictures I provided, and again, I was able to do the best I could with the bobby pins and hairspray I brought along. This was a complete nightmare and caused us to be 30 minutes late to the ceremony and really just pushed our entire day back. We didn't even get all the pictures we wanted to because we were so rushed. I am mortified that I blindly hired this company. I would've paid twice as much to have professional, punctual, and talented make up artists and hair stylists than I did for this joke of a service.
