  • I've been trying to get my gas turned on for about three weeks now, but the company is so incompetent that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Everyone I've spoken with on the phone has been pleasant enough, but they don't seem to keep good records, indicated by the fact that they are coming out for a third time in order to set up my apartment to receive gas. And of course, what incentive do they have to change, seeing as how they're the only game in town.
