What an experience!! I have been wanting to check this place out since I moved to Vegas and finally had the chance. I'm scared of heights so I was very relieved when we were escorted to a booth a good distance from the windows but you faced the windows, you also face the table directly informant of you so it can kinda seem like your staring at them eat.
The view was absolutely breathtaking, being able to look out into the city to the mountains simply beautiful. Be warned you might see a jumper lol half of the restaurant gasped when someone was on the free fall thing.
We were seated and the waiter was right with us, he gave us a rundown of the menu and he's recommendations. The wait staff was absolutely amazing they make you feel very important while your there.
I went with the taster menu that gave me 4 courses price was $103. It came with my choice of two different salads and lobster bisque, I went with the lobster bisque because I had never had it before and I figured if I'm going to try it a upgrade restaurant would be the place to try it. I enjoyed it, there were a few pieces of lobster and it was extremely rich in flavor.
Second choice was out of scallops, pork belly or portobello mushrooms, I already had my eye on the pork belly. It was paired with corn black beans green onion and a salsa. The flavors were so good together I could have eaten more.
Main course I went with the Fillet mignon and shrimp scampi that also had green beans and mashed potatoes. The steak melted in my mouth, the shrimp were nice size and delicious.
My husband ordered steak and lobster. The first thing my husband said when he cut into the steak was "just like cutting butter, I can tell this is going to be good" he agrees with my five stars.
I definitely recommend giving this place a try if your looking for a romantic place to eat and for a special occasion. You will be paying about $150-200 minimum per person.
