This is one of the better Loblaws that I have been to (btw--the worse one being 401 and Port Union). There is a PC Financial Kiosk in this location as well. Great customer service, especially in the bakery dept. The only thing that I have had issues with is if something goes wrong during the checkout. It doesn't appear that the cashiers have the ability to rectify the issue. Case in point: something doesn't ring up correctly, I show the flyer and prove that my purchase is correct, the cashier has to call someone from customer service to get the problem rectified. Unfortunately, everyone behind me gets miffed because their system didn't scan correctly and I had the harbels to call them on it.
This is a common problem with many of the big chains. There is a solution: Don't deal with the issue with the cashier but rather go to the customer service desk. The customer service desk is located by the PC Financial Kiosk.
Additionally, this location has recently changed their hours from being a 24 hr store to a open till 11pm.
