  • Never got past a phone call with this company. The woman who answers the phone is very rude (Debra I believe) tried to set an appointment through my warranty company at 9:15am and she could not be bothered to make an appt. "I don't do that until the end of the day" I called my home warranty company to let them know how the call went and they called this company directly to set up a time and this same lady was rude to them too!! Old republic warranty found me another company after this. I can't comment on the work since it never got that far. I hope 4 ACCBD reads these reviews and can improve this! Good grief!
