  • My uncle, who'd only bought Lincolns for the last several decades, decided he was ready for a new truck. During a visit with him in NC, he took me truck shopping. We ended up at Hendrick Toyota Scion Concord, and I'm happy we did. At a couple of other dealers, I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of my uncle's age, but not here. I can't remember our sales person's name, but I was truly impressed, as was my grouchy uncle, who's very hard to impress. Needless to say, because of the great service and the fact that they had a truck that fit exactly what my uncle was looking for, we rode home in a Tundra instead of his aging Lincoln. What an awesome truck! Thanks Hendrick for treating my uncle with the respect he deserves, and thanks for helping him find his new love. Every time I talk to him on the phone now, he wants to talk about our truck-shopping experience. :-)
