  • Worst customer service ever!! I'm easily distracted by the anything on my front windows- even those little oil change stickers. I asked if there was anywhere else the sticker could be placed when I signed up and the guy was totally cool and said just hold it up to the window when you come through. So that's what I've been doing for over 3 months. Then the GM today stopped us and said it had to be on the window. When I explained that it can't be he said I would have to cancel and was super rude. He wouldn't even let me speak. He doesn't care about customers. It's his way or cancel. So they've now lost 3 customers because my husband and mother canceled there membership also. There are a lot of other car washes out there that are cheaper and better.
