I do not regularly shop at Basha's, but stopped at this store because it was on the way as I drove from one appointment to another. I had a bad experience.
I took my items to the self-checkout aisle. A clerk helped me with a problem, but then mistakenly voided the price of an $4.00 item I purchased. When I saw what he had done, and being honest, I went to the customer service desk to pay for the item. I waited several minutes before someone came to the desk to help me. He apologized for the delay, told me the price, and I paid. He never thanked me for bringing the mistake to his attention. I was surprised and disappointed by his lack of common courtesy. It won't deter me from being honest in the future. It will, however, deter me from shopping at Basha's again.
