  • Free rent is always nice.... Walnut Capital really put their money where their mouth is when it comes to the service of their tenets. In response to basic issues I was having, Gregg Perelman head of the company, got personally involved with my problem and provided rent consideration over the course of two months. This was unexpected and far beyond what I expected. I was told that if I had any issues to come to them immediately and I would recommend that anyone else do the same. They really seem to be liberal when it comes to rent consideration and perks, I didn't have to even ask once.
