| - There's a tremendous amount of potential here, with the beautiful setting, knowledgable staff, and some exquisite dishes, but unfortunately, others' reviews about the plodding tempo is terribly accurate. We tried the tasting menu, which is comprised of six courses. The first four were outstanding, and the pace was perfect. Then we waited for the entrees. And waited. And waited. Staff disappeared and didn't communicate anything about the delay. The table next to us asked for the manager and tapped out of their meal because they had to make their flight. The entrees finally arrived, both of which were overcooked. After 3 1/2 hours into our meal, we gave up and asked to have our dessert to go. Staff explained that they weren't expecting such a crowd (there were probably a dozen empty tables), and that this was their "practice run" before Valentine's Day. Ready or not, for these prices, there really is no room for an amateur performance.
