  • I found this company through Local Flavor magazine.The ad stated 3 rooms & hall, $79.00. I called the owner & told him I needed living room plus 2 rugs. 1 is runner. He stated if the rugs were wool, they would require special treatment. Ok. Never mentioned price increase.I had moved everything prior. He went through living room with a black light & said there were pet stains, that was extra.The carpet had been cleaned prior my moving in, the previous owner was immaculate, so I was surprised to hear of pet stains. I've lived here 3 months & had some stains. Wasn't sure if stains were coming back up, or from the recent move. When all was said & done, I paid 140.00. No special treatment on pet stains. He spent 30/45 minutes.Charged extra for rugs. How much extra does it cost to clean wool, because it didn't take extra time? Didn't clean the reverse portion of rugs.
