Still waiting for the diswasher i ordered a week before thanksgiving. We were delivered a used unit the saturday before thanksgiving. Their response to selling us a used unit full of water and with wall marks on the back? well be back for it next week and bring a new unit to replace it. WOW a whole week thats why i ordered it a week before the thanksgiving craziness. So now we have paid for a dishwasher for multiple weeks and have no clue where it is! its a week later. So now weve been waiting two weeks with no compensation. We were told our machine didnt make it on the shipping truck this time... what in the world is going on here. Customer service has not done anything to make this better, i feel like they are actually making this worse. By not communicating how they can make this experience for us better! I honestly just want to return the machine, 5 yr warranty and go with another company.
