Cox is literally the worst internet I've ever had. It blows my mind how many times I've had to call tech support within the past month. I have connection issues literally every other day; almost every day. No joke I have the automated tech support memorized. The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars is because the customer service is great. Almost every representative I've spoken too has been overly friendly & helpful. They're probably in good moods because their internet works. I feel like a petty bitch that wireless internet is my biggest problem right now, but still, give me a break! I pay $60/mo for this shit that only works 1/3 of the time. So frustrating!!!!
