  • Jeff and his crew were absolutely incredible. When everything else with my move date went wrong, this company's willingness to go the extra mile saved my day. My ABF trailer did not show up on time for my scheduled unloading date, and instead of A to Z Allied taking the prepaid money and moving on, they made sure that I received a full refund (which they were not required to do) and worked to help me find another company. They were completely booked for the remainder of the week, which isn't surprising given their exceptional customer service, so Jeff made sure that I went to the right websites to get another company scheduled. Instead of being frustrated with me for cancelling on them the day of, Jeff called me back AGAIN four hours later, just to make sure that I got someone scheduled and that I was completely taken care of. In the future, these are the type of people I want to give my business to. For a stressful moving week, this was the one company who really gave me a positive experience. Even though they weren't able to actually unload my trailer, I can say with the utmost confidence, these guys will do right by their customers. Like I said before, I simply cannot say enough great things about them. It's a shame I cannot give them 10 stars.
