  • Platform has done an admirable job of producing a nice range of high-quality beers in their short time in existence. Despite an abrupt change in their brewing staff, they sailed on without a noticeable change in quality. Their brewpub is always a little difficult for me to visit if only because I want virtually one of everything on their tap list. While they don't have a regular menu, I do enjoy the rotating guest food purveyors (mmm, Brewnuts). The atmosphere is sometimes a little hipster for me, but the presence of a bar bowling machine makes up for that. All in all, a nice place to while away time with friends over a couple of tasty pints.
