  • Babystacks is an awesome breakfast/brunch option if you're on the NW side of town. They have a huge variety of pancake choices. Many of them super unique and all of them delicious. I've had the carrot cake (tastes like carrot cake), banana cream (definitely my favorite!), orange creamsicle (super orangey tasting), and the cookies and cream (tastes like it sounds!). I appreciate that they have Hawaiian/Filipino breakfast choices too. Not every place has spam or my fav, the adobo fried rice. The adobo fried rice, which is basically an omelet, is reallllly good here - super packed with lots of meat and its even better when you upgrade to the garlic fried rice. My only qualm about this place is that service is not exactly top notch. Servers are friendly enough, but not very attentive. We've gone where service was soooooo sloooooow and we've gone when service was a normal speed. Both times the place wasn't terribly crowded. That part can be pretty hit or miss I guess. Either way, the food is great so give it a try and judge for yourself!
