  • My sorority sisters and I needed to find a bigger place for us to move in, and that seems almost impossible in the Tempe area. We found AZ Rental Homes and they were able to hook us up with a 3 bedroom house in Mesa almost instantly. And also the fact that they found us a house within our budget ($1000/month) made us very very happy :) The only downside about the house was it was pretty old. But it's not like we were blind-sided by that. AZRH gave us all the details like when the house was built, photos both inside and outside the house, what kind of appliances and flooring there was, etc. That was actually very helpful for me, because while we were searching during the summer I was spending my vacation back in California. Their website has really detailed listings of other homes around the Phoenix-metro area, so it was easy to compare our places around the city. Plus having all those details available really gave us a clear picture of what to expect. When we moved in the house was in good shape. It was clean, the appliances (which were surprisingly pretty modern) worked, we really couldn't see any other wear or tear. We would have liked to have a carport that could fit 2 cars, but, like the Rolling Stones once said, you can't always get what you want. You could tell that these people worked to make sure the home was kept up. And we've loved living here so far! It's not luxury, but for the price we paid and for the quality of home we got, it really couldn't have been much better than this.
