Horrible experience.
Dr. Weingarten instructed his nurse to explain to me how to treat my severe ear infection and abruptly left the office as I was trying to ask questions. She told me not to listen to him and wait until my special order ear drops came in. 5 days later my drops were still on back order and I was in extreme pain . I made a second appointment and he asked why I didn't do the treatment the nurse had explained. I told him she said NOT to listen to you and wait. He was mad and called her into the office and scolded her like a child. Very awkward.
I went back for a hearing test and after waiting an hour and paying the co-pay was told it would be a 4-5 hour wait. I said there was no way I could wait that long. The stressed out nurse was extremely rude again. Yelling at me to get out of the way and not stand in the hall... Although there was no empty seats to sit in. The Dr overheard and scolded her again and suggested I reschedule the apt. When I arrived at the next apt. they demanded I pay the co-pay again. I told them I was not seen on the last visit by the Dr. and didn't want to pay a second time for the same thing. Front desk insisted I DID see the Dr. on the last visit and refused to see me or talk to me unless I paid the co-pay first. I left upset and in pain.
