  • Worst billing ever! We have used Sparkletts for years and just cancelled our service due to billing issues. Every month our bill was different and there were added fees that just did not make sense. We have paid and have our bank statement to prove it yet continued to get bizarre late fees and charges. I've called customer service multiple times to resolve our billing issue (the retention department in particular) and their response was always "... we will call you back." And no call backs ever. It's ridiculous! Our delivery man was great, no problems there, but we will never be a customer again.
