  • The Perfect Scoop is very hit or miss to be honest. Just recently went there and the boba was very slimey and didn't seem like it was cooked all the way. The service is not very attentive or goes out of their way to ensure that the guest is satisfied. I usually ask for extra boba and extra ice and 2/5 it will happen. My invitation is to step up. There are a lot of boba places around and if you continue to to provide this type of service + quality of product, your customers will chose to go somewhere else.
