After coming to this establishment for over a year now, I have watched the staff and customer service go way down! The employees don't listen to questions being asked, they treat you like a 2nd class citizen! These fast passes are making people irate! If it's going to be used then there needs to be some rules in place! I watched 2 people go in front of me saying they had fast passes but never saw any card or anything saying they do!! So anyone can say they have one and get to the front of the line! Not cool!!! Also in the beginning of my donation process the chairs use to be wiped down for sanitation purposes now I have not saw one chair being wiped down ever! That bothers me because this should be a safe clean environment! I would say it definitely has gone down in cleanliness! Also they have this new shoot the ball game and it's confusing and never the same prize it changes every person!
The manager Eddie is so unprofessional and rude to the customers and to his employees! Not sure how he became manager but someone needs to come in and watch him work.. or lack there of! I suggest some employee meetings on how to treat customers and how to clean your establishment so no one gets sick! Yes this is a money maker for customers but your company is recovering something from its customers and not everyone who goes to donate is trash!
Today was my first day back to CSL, I walked in and nothing has changed ! Employees are slow and extremely rude and abrasive! Like I said before not all who donate are drug addicts..!
