  • Melissa is a great choice if you are looking for a pet sitter. Our family interviewed several companies to try to find the right fit. From the moment you meet Melissa, you can tell that she cares deeply about animals and that she loves dogs. She was great with our two dogs right from the start--one of whom needs special care around children and other dogs. After spending 30 minutes with her, we knew she would be a great dog walker/pet sitter and would be able handle anything that comes up since she cares for so many of her own shelter rescue pups. Melissa is clearly very caring and affectionate, but also confident, competent, and can handle a variety of stressful situations. On her first walk with our dogs she dealt with loose dogs in the neighborhood running up to her (one of our dogs does not respond well to other dogs). She handled the situation perfectly and without incident. When you go out of town, you can be sure that Melissa is taking great care of your pets. On our first trip away from home, she was there feeding and walking the dogs at the times we requested. She sent texts to let us know how our goofy dogs were happy to see her and even sent us photos of the happy dogs on a walk. Hire her and you can be reassured your pets will get great care while you're away.
