  • Had another great dinner last night at Paladar. The food is always good and there are items on the menu that you just don't see at other places. I had the Fejuada (sp) stew and it was really good. It isn't cheap but it isn't way out of line either. The service can be a little spotty (strictly depending on who you get) but otherwise this is always an enjoyable night out. One thing - they need to explain to their servers the difference between Habanero and Chipotle.
