  • There was nothing excellent about this Foot Spa. I got the $20 foot massage and there was no real massaging until the final ten minutes of the session. The first 50 minutes consisted of just slathering lotion all over your legs and chest without any actual physical pressure. I am a firm believer that your massage isn't good unless you fall asleep and snore a couple times. Throughout the whole massage here, I stayed awake regretting my mistake coming here. There was a one dollar fee for using your credit card here. I got peer pressured into tipping them $10 after I initially wanted to tip only seven dollars for a $20 massage. I have gone to numerous foot spas in San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco but sadly Excellence Foot Spa easily gets the award for worst Foot Spa experience ever.
