I can't say enough good things about this hospital.
I adopted a puppy from the AZ Humane society and came to the VCA because the first visit is free. My puppy unfortunately had contracted coccidia while at the Humane Society, so we ran a fecal test to double check that he no longer had it. Came to find out he had giardia too! He went on meds for that and then shortly after he showed signs of parvo, and tested positive for this as well. They went over the treatment options with me and sent me home with treatment (as I couldn't afford hospitalization).
I called them several times with questions and if someone wasn't readily available, I was called shortly thereafter. The vet, Dr. Martin, and vet tech, Ashley, were extremely helpful and invested in the well-being of my animal. They answered all of the questions that I had and were always very kind.
Although there are occasionally long waits (when they're busy or etc.), I don't have any real complaints about this hospital. Highly recommend.
