Truly the worst pho I've ever had. Cannot believe anyone would give this place 5 stars. The nice decor and friendly waiters are basically lipstick on a pig. The greens are dirty and not washed enough - the basil looked dirty, the sprouts were wilted and old, some of the onion bits in my soup seemed dirty too (both green and white types). Putting these in the broth (which was middling quality) made everything taste dirty. The steak tasted old and was a bit rainbow-y (generally not a good sign). The fact that this place ever got voted 'best Vietnamese' is probably a reflection of how many drunkards there are here. You can do better, people, even in the middle of the night. If it's daytime, you have no reason whatsoever to come here. There is worlds better pho just in the nearby area, let alone citywide.
