  • We bought a used truck from them April 22, 2018. The deal was fine however they were late paying my trade off within the 10 days. Due to them being late I had to make a car payment on a car I no longer own. What is the point of asking the other bank for a ten day pay off when you don't even follow through with the time frame. I had to call the dealership to find out what happened to the payoff and she told me they had 14 business days to pay it off. I ask her what's the point of a payoff if you aren't going to pay it on time. I explained everything to her and places me on hold and tells me they have a check for us and once they get the title we can get our check. It has been 30 days since we did the deal and everyone has their money but us. I asked her how long does it take for them to get the title and she tells me it take 45 days. I do not recommend this dealership at all if you value your money. And no we have not received our check.
