  • I have never been so impressed with guest service as I was with Omni Scottsdale. We were running late for a wedding when we arrived, and the Omni employee who greeted us at the valet ensured us that he would stay with us throughout the check in and get us to our room quickly. I regret that I did not get his name, but this type of service goes above and beyond the norm and was truly so appreciated. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are well-appointed with luxurious bedding, and the dining options are impressive. My dear friend's wedding was absolutely the most beautiful wedding we have ever experienced. Whether you are on business or leisure travel, the Omni has something for everyone.
