| - Yum. Yum. Yum. Holy Yum.
One of my favorite places in Charlotte. I often save this place for when I would really like to splurge because I often want several things off the menu. The menu is HUGE! We often find ourselves here for date night, birthdays, or when I have out of town guests because there is something for everyone.
My favorite thing to start with is the Crab Rangoon dip. So good!
Next is your hardest decision yet- burger or sushi? Both are amazing here, which is difficult to pull off and Cowfish has done just that. If you can't decide go with a bento box. It has edamame, cucumbers, a burger slider, and a sushi roll. Just enough food for one person and not too much food to where they have to roll you outside. They also have burgushi (a fusion of a burger and sushi). I've never had this, but I have had a family member have some and they were very satisfied.
You will be satisfied with any burger, really. And any sushi roll. Have at it.
The place has great cocktails, craft beer, and even spiked milkshakes, so you will not be disappointed with drinks. I have had one of the spiked shakes and they are delish.
Lastly, get the s'mores milkshake. Just do it. It is incredible. I never spend the money on dessert, but it's so worth it and I get it every time I am here. Just a tip: they are one of the few places to still do free dessert on someone's birthday, so this is why we often find ourselves here on birthdays b/c they will sing and bring the birthday person cake.
There is almost always a wait, so plan ahead for this, but it is worth it. The earlier you go the better usually.
It isn't terribly expensive, but I often spend $50- $75 after you get drinks, appetizer, food, and dessert. This is why this is often a splurge for me, but so worth it.
This is the only place in the world that can get shut down for Norovirus and people are ready to bang down the doors the second the professional cleaning is over and they are back in business b/c the food is seriously amazing lol. Way to go.
