  • Went to the Trio restaurant at this Novotel location and was beyond disappointed. I usually enjoy most of the restaurants that participate in winterlicious, but the food was very underwhelming. The service however, was absolutely APPALLING. I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated. I've worked in the food service industry before, and I've never met a group of staff members this inattentive and rude. If I could give zero stars, I would.
