  • I've been to 4 Hand & Stone locations, the massage was good; however this is the first location where i felt like the sheets were greesy, as if they weren't cleaned from a previous massage. Because I had a maternity massage, there were extra pillows provided, but those too felt greesy. At the end of the treatment, i noticed the RM put those pillows back into the basket, so i'm not sure if he actually laundered them after. Won't be going back to this location or perhaps use the RM that provided me the service.
